Like Baptism which it completes, Confirmation is given only once, for it too imprints on the soul an indelible spiritual mark, the "character," which is the sign that Jesus Christ has marked a Christian with the seal of his Spirit by clothing him with power from on high so that he may be his witness.

Students of our Parish School of Religion (PSR) program will begin preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation upon entering 11th grade. We use an abridged version of the Decision Point program. Registration is $25.00 per student which covers the cost of the materials and the meals. It does not cover any cost associated with the retreat.

Confirmation Coordinator: Mr. Todd Benoit

Confirmation will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 7 pm at St. John the Baptist in Paradis. 

The 2021 Confirmation program will consist of two Saturday sessions, a retreat, 4-6 service hours, and an interview with the pastor.

• Confirmation Session 1: Saturday, August 14, 2021 - 9:00 am through the 4 pm Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church
• Confirmation Session 2: Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 9:00 am through the 4 pm Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church
• Confirmation Retreat: Saturday, September 25th from 8:00 am through the 4 pm Mass at St. John the Baptist Church in Paradis

Lunch will be provided for all of these Saturdays. Please call or email the office to register and to make an appointment for the confirmation interview.
